Montgomeryshire Status First recorded in 2010 at Commins Coch in the west of the county. A new record for north Wales. Wingspan : M & F, 19-29mm. Confusion species Fairly distinctive. |

(Bivoltine)  Habitat Marshy and wet places. Foodplant Marsh ragwort. Lifestage data Spinning/stem miner. Eggs laid on foodplant. Larva feeds in spun top shoots and later mines a stem. Pupates in the stem. |
